How do I create an account with Tidy Maids?

An account will be automatically created for you when you book your first service. Or, if you wish to create an account before booking, you can do so at this link:

What areas do you service?

We service within a 25 mile radius from Indianapolis, Indiana.

What is included with your standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes everything needed to keep your home or apartment clean. We vacuum and mop, dust, scrub toilets, etc. We also offer add-ons for non-standard cleaning items such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, and ceiling fans, which can be added for an additional cost on the booking page.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Our cleaning pricing is based on the size of the home and is calculated by the square footage. Please give us a call or fill out our online form and we will be able to give you an accurate estimate.


Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies and necessary equipment as part of our services, but we are happy to accommodate special requests and can even bring green cleaning products if you let us know you prefer them.

Can I make a special request or add extra services?

Absolutely! Simply select your extras or type your special requests in the comment section of the booking page, or respond to the confirmation email to add comments to an existing booking.

You can submit a request to change your password or login info inside the customer area at 


How do I reset a forgotten password?

Visit the login page at and select “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address and you’ll be prompted to reset your password.

How do I update my address?

Visit the customer area at Once you have logged in, you will be able to update the address on file.

How do I update my credit card?

Visit the customer area at Once you have logged in, you will be able to update the credit card you have on file. Your new credit card will be noted as your default payment method automatically.

How do I book my first cleaning service?

You can book your first cleaning service easily by visiting our online booking form. If you prefer to call, we can help you book over the phone.

Pricing & Policies

How do I view or use my Tidy Maids credits?

You may view your account and credits by logging in at this link: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right to see the balance on any gift cards you may have.

Can I use a coupon on an existing appointment?

Yes, of course! Simply log into your account at and click on your name in the right-hand corner of the page. Select “redeem voucher” and enter the code. The voucher will be automatically applied to your next appointment. Please note that you may not apply credits and vouchers to past services.

Why is the $20 discount voucher only for first-time customers?

The $20 discount voucher is a reward for bringing your business to Tidy Maids, but we offer many other incentives to our returning customers, too. From recurring discounts to holiday deals and birthday specials, you will always be able to get a great deal.

I bought or have been gifted a voucher. How do I redeem it?

If you do not already have an account, you can enter the coupon code directly into our online booking form. If you do have an account, you can log in to apply the voucher to your next appointment.

How do I refer my friends to Tidy Maids?

Obtain your referral ID by logging into your account at and send it to your friends. If your friend books an appointment through your referral ID, they’ll receive a $25 discount on their first service and you will earn a $25 reward to be applied to future service.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust Tidy Maids professional cleaners?

Definitely. All of our professional cleaning crew have passed nationwide criminal background checks and been interviewed in person. Tidy Maids only selects about 10% of the people who apply to work with us.

What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning?

We sure hope it won’t, but if something goes wrong, please let us know right away and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.


Please note that in order for us to honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you’d need to report any issues within 24 – 48 hours after your service.

How do I know my billing information is kept safe and secure?

Security is one of our top priorities, and we ensure that your payment details are safe with three levels of protection. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Second, the booking form we use has its own 256-bit layer of security. And third, we do not store any credit card information ourselves because all credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, which has its own security protocol. 

Do Tidy Maids professionals go through a background check?

Yes. The last step in our screening process is a detailed nationwide background check.

What is the policy for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

Let us know if you are unhappy with your cleaning for any reason and we will send someone to do a re-clean within a 7-day window. If it still isn’t up to your standards, we’ll provide a refund.

What is the policy on refunds?

If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please let us know right away. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, starting with a free re-clean. If you are still unsatisfied, we will offer a full refund.
